  The community feel of the place was great, and we got along well with the office staff, as well as the maintenance guys, but after moving out, we were extremely disappointed with our service. We were told by the guy who does the pre-move-out walk through that we shouldn't have to pay too much over our security deposit, if we had to, because we had kept our apartment so nice and clean, despite having a toddler. He told us that it was likely they wouldn't have to do any more than just a touch up paint here and there. We were charged for a full paint! We ended up having to pay just short of $300 as our final deposit. We spent a good amount of time getting that place clean, and looking as close to what it looked like when we moved in as possible. If we had known that we would be charged for a full cleaning and painting, we would have just left it, since it was in excellent condition before all of that work.
